About Heidi.
I have a deep passion for supporting people on their health and wellness journey, with a special place in my heart for those facing fertility challenges. Infertility and Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) can be complex and emotionally overwhelming, and I am committed to walking alongside you through every step of the process.
With experience working with individuals from all walks of life—including men, women, the LGBTQIA+ community, and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)—I provide counseling for a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, pregnancy loss, and postpartum challenges and transitions. Whether through individual therapy, couples or family counseling, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and experiences.
Using evidence-based practices and my own personal experiences, I create a person-centered, non-judgmental and safe environment where you can feel truly heard and supported. We are not meant to go through life’s challenges alone and at Sunflower Counseling, you’ll find a space where you are valued, supported and empowered.
Let’s navigate this journey together.
